What is organic fructose syrup?
Organic Fructose is a natural, simple sugar often found in fresh vegetables, fruits, and honey. It is also called high fructose syrup or isomerized syrup. It needs to be converted to glucose by the liver before it can be used as energy for the body. It is often used in high fructose corn syrup(HFCS) to sweeten food and beverages. Fructose has a lower glycemic index (GI) in comparison to sugar or glucose. It is a new type of sugar source to replace sucrose.
Our fructose syrup uses refined corn starch as raw material. The saccharification liquid obtained by enzymatic saccharification of starch is subjected to the action of glucose isomerase to convert part of the glucose into fructose, which contains glucose. A mixed syrup with fructose. Fructose syrup is a starch sugar with high sweetness. It is colorless and odorless, has a pure sweet taste, and has good fluidity at room temperature.

Applications
Because the sweetness of fructose syrup is equivalent to that of sucrose and has its characteristics, its application fields are wider than that of sucrose; it is not only widely used in food, dairy products, beverages, and alcohol, but also in medicine, health food, household condiments, and daily chemicals. And so on.
